Read MoreAna Candida Carneiro is an award-winning playwright from Brazil and Italy, currently based in the USA. She holds a PhD in Theater Studies from the Catholic University in Milan, focusing on innovative contemporary playwriting techniques. She was a Visiting Scholar at the Martin E. Segal Theater Center in NY (2015-2016), and a Visiting Fellow at Harvard (2016-2017). She is currently working on a book to be published by Methuen Drama, The Global Playwriting Workbook, about the pedagogy of playwriting from a global perspective.
