Michael Evans is the Dramaturg at the Rogaland Theatre in Stavanger, Norway. He has been living and working in Norwegian theatre since the 1970's. His textbook Innføring I dramaturgi (Principles of Dramaturgy) is widely used in Scandinavia. His translations of Scandinavian plays have been seen in Toronto, Chicago and London.
