Ghafla reports that the Kisumu county governor is planning to build a state-of-the-art theatre and arts center in her name. The facility will primarily serve as a hub for aspiring artists in his constituents. From the photos shared on social media, the center will boast a stadium, a theatre, and an outdoor recreational center where creative activities will be hosted.

The news outlet adds that this project is being funded by the county government, and presently, the total funding has been secured. The project will begin immediately, internal processes and approvals are done.
This hearty update comes two months after the professor won the Kisumu County gubernatorial election by a wide margin following Lupita’s nationwide campaign for him.
