Allison Taaffe

executive assistant
Allison is a first year graduate student in Emerson College’s Theater Education/Applied Theater MFA program. She holds a BFA in drama from NYU where she studied acting and directing at Playwrights Horizon’s Theater School and Shakespeare at The Classical Studio. As an artist, Allison has a strong interest in devising and developing new work and has worked extensively under Richard Schechner as a performer, collaborator and research assistant. She currently teaches acting at Spotlight, a youth performing arts company based in Lima, Peru. Allison is also a movement coach and yoga teacher.
